You can combine all mentioned item types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To print more object types, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Double-click the appropriate item to open it. Click the\u00a0<em>Print<\/em>\u00a0button (printer icon) in the lower right-hand corner of the item window.Alternatively, right-click the appropriate item and select\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/office.webbplatsen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Print_icon.png\">\u00a0Print. (With more items combined here.)<strong>Warning:\u00a0<\/strong>Do not close the\u00a0<em>Print Preview<\/em>\u00a0dialog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat these steps for all items you want to print.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the\u00a0<em>Print<\/em>\u00a0button in the\u00a0<em>Print Preview<\/em>\u00a0dialog. The usual Printdialog opens. (Optionally, change printing preferences.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<em>OK<\/em>\u00a0to print the selected items.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendar printing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/office.webbplatsen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/calendar_icon_red.png\">Calendar. Print option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It allows to print the&nbsp;<em>Calendar<\/em>&nbsp;in 2 ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Calendar print<\/em>: prints the whole calendar including grid, so the same as you can see on the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>List print<\/em>: prints list of entries only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>This printing option is possible with Day, Week or Month view only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email printing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To print an email body, go to&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/office.webbplatsen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Email_icon.png\">&nbsp;Mail. In the menu bar (See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.icewarp.com\/Content\/WebClient%20Topics\/Dashboard\/Dashboard.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dashboard<\/a>), click&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/office.webbplatsen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Print_icon.png\">&nbsp;Print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When printing an email message containing attached image,&nbsp;<em>Print<\/em>&nbsp;option dialog will appear.
