Chat menu will appear and you can start chatting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double-click on chosen contact. Click the plus icon next to the message fiels and select requested action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to multi select&nbsp;Instant messaging&nbsp;contacts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to send the same message or email to multiple users use&nbsp;<em>CTRL + left-click<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right-click menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Call Now<\/em>\u00a0allows to call to a contact (or group of contacts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Conference<\/em>\u00a0allows to set up a conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Send SMS<\/em>\u00a0allows you to send emails directly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Open Chat<\/em>\u00a0allows to sent text message<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Print<\/em>\u00a0allows to print a contact info<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Move to Folder<\/em>\u00a0expands in more options:\u00a0<em>Move to Folder, Copy to Folder<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Duplicate<\/em>\u00a0allows to duplicate a contact info<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>More Options<\/em>\u00a0expands in more options:\u00a0<em>Save as vCard, Forward by Email, Copy to\u00a0TeamChat<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Invite to\u00a0TeamChat<\/em>\u00a0allows to invite a contact to\u00a0TeamChat\u00a0room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Delete<\/em>\u00a0allows to delete contact from your list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conversation history<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instant messaging&nbsp;automatically saves a conversation history, that can be viewed anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To view previous chat history in&nbsp;Instant messaging&nbsp;just scroll back and through the chat conversation.&nbsp;IceWarp&nbsp;supports infinite chat history, so it will continue to load previous messages within a chat window as long as you scroll the window upwards and as long as there is content to load. You can see the timestamps while scrolling the chat history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, you may want to search within your chat communication history. Fill in your subject (or at least a part of this word) and hit&nbsp;<em>Enter<\/em>.
