  2. Click \u2795 to open the\u00a0Select Contacts<\/em>\u00a0dialog

  3. Choose a contact from the list then click\u00a0Select<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If the contact is not in the list, type the email in the text field, then click\u00a0OK<\/em>. A box with a notification that you invited someone to the chat room is shown within conversation area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. An invited member will receive an email with a\u00a0TeamChat\u00a0invitation

  6. Click the button\u00a0Create\u00a0TeamChat\u00a0account<\/em>. Fill in all required fields and click\u00a0Verify your account<\/em>

    Note:\u00a0<\/strong>If the invited account is already member of any other chat room, there is JOIN THE TEAM button instead of\u00a0Create Teamchat Account<\/em>\u00a0in the invitation email. When click\u00a0Join the Team<\/em>, user is linked directly to the\u00a0WebClient\u00a0login page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Verification email is sent to the invited user\u2019s account in the previous step

  8. Check your email and click\u00a0Verify your account<\/em>

  9. After you click Ok, I\u00a0understand, you will be redirected to the\u00a0WebClient\u00a0login page. Enter your password and click\u00a0Sign In<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. There will also be a notification that someone joined the chat room when invitation process is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. You can check the guest account in the\u00a0Members<\/em>\u00a0tab. The new guest is included to the guest section their account can be managed by an administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Guest Account Interface<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Guest users will see the standard TeamChat interface after login. Guest accounts  allow users to have conversations within the chat rooms where they were invited to (the list of chat rooms on the left side) and ability to manage Chat room<\/em>, Files&Documents<\/em>, Events<\/em> and Members<\/em> tabs. Conversation also includes conversation discussing before joining user to the chat room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Clicking the avatar in the top right corner will open 4 options that user can choose:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    User can fill in the desired personal information to be published. Data will automatically appear in all GAL folders in GroupWare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This choice allows guest to setup several options. The main option in this section is the possibility to change password<\/em>. Through the next toggles user can enable sound notifications, use system notifications and use emoticons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Choosing the Help<\/em> option tab opens a quick help guide containing some useful hints and information plus What’s new<\/em> document with details on the current version of WebClient and TeamChat tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the menu Logout<\/em> item to log out from IceWarp WebClient. The WebClient login screen is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
