# How to move folders

To move a folder:

- Go to Inbox folder tree and right-click the folder you want to relocate, then select *Manage all items*![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_1one_icon.png) > *Move to Folder*![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_2two_icon.png).
- Click a folder to highlight it, go to the [Menu bar](https://docs.icewarp.com/Content/WebClient%20Topics/WebClient/Menu%20bar.htm) and click ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/More_icon.png) icon ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_3three_icon.png).

Click the destination folder to highlight it and then *OK*. Your folder will be moved and the structure will update in the folder tree to reflect the change.

**Note: **It is also possible to move folders using drag-and-drop.

**Warning: **Moving folders between groups is prohibited.
