# How to change background

You can set your own image as the background or use one from preset collection.

Right-click the workspace, select ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/change_background_icon.png) *Change Background* ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_1one_icon.png).

In the *Change background* window ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_2two_icon.png), select the background image from the list or add your own: click *Add my own background* ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_3three_icon.png) > select the image from your computer > click *Open*. The image will become your background automatically. Possible file extensions are: *.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif.*

If you want to remove the image, click ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Delete_icon.png) on the image ![](https://office.webbplatsen.se/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/green_4four_icon.png).

**Note:** If you change the background of your WebClient, it changes also for your IceWarp Mobile.
